Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly detail-focused, sales & service-driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have great sales and marketing skills. In the beginning the candidate will learn the office part of the sales process, making outbound sales calls to our current customer base, and following up on leads. They candidate will also assist our Sales Coordinator with marketing campaigns as well as tracking metrics. We need someone who speaks Spanish as a second language and will help engage our Spanish speaking customers. The ideal candidate will: provide and maintain excellent customer service; assist customers with information about available services, and schedule them for service. The right candidate will have opportunities for growth into sales. This job will lead into being trained to sell for us with additional compensation available.
Key Duties will include:
- Provide and maintain excellent customer service
- Learn the system: Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person promptly and professionally. Respond to inquiries on the telephone and in person; research account status, billings, collections, adjustments, product information. Develop knowledge of our Service Titan system that will be used by sales.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively. Learn Sales program and how to develop bids and close jobs.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records and document customer interactions and transactions.
- Providing Information: Educate customers on product features, pricing, availability, and promotions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, coils, and condenser units etc.
- Demonstrate Respect, Compassion and Integrity when communicating with clients

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Quick, efficient and organized
- Clean cut, appearance is neat and respectful
- Passionate about the HVAC trade
- Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite professional attitude
- Arrive on time and ready to work with a positive attitude.
- Attend all meetings and training
- Adhere to codes, OSHA standards and all safety and handbook policies. Including maintaining and organizing company vehicles and property.
Participate in an on-call rotation - Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
