Warranties & Guarantees
We stand behind our work with applicable warranties on labor and parts. Manufacturer warranties may apply to installed equipment and components. Warranty terms and duration vary by service type and will be provided at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glendale Heating & Air Conditioning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate document; equipment pricing and availability, and any manufacturer or utility rebate figures referenced, are subject to change by the manufacturer, distributor, or program administrator and are confirmed at the time of contract.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
