In 1938, two brothers started a heating company just south of Seattle with a simple promise: honest work at a fair price. Word spread, the trucks multiplied, and the handshake stayed the same — and the shop is still on Des Moines Memorial Drive in Burien today.

Three generations later, the family still runs the business — today's third-generation owners are Sarah Turner, Chad Fulton, Greg Hoefer, and Randy Hoefer — still family-owned, not a franchise, not private equity. While other Seattle-area HVAC names have been bought up by out-of-state investors, Glendale is still your neighbors. Many of the homes we service today belong to the grandchildren of our first customers, and that trust is something we never take for granted.
