Seattle Clean Heat's income-qualified bonus (up to $6,000 total toward an oil-to-heat-pump conversion) lists a completion cutoff of September 30, 2026 — and conversions take scheduling, equipment, and paperwork time. The $2,000 any-income rebate continues; program terms change, so we verify current eligibility before you commit.
